These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sticker Farmer Mendo website, services, and products (“Services”). By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
Use of Our Website
You may browse, purchase, and submit artwork through our site for personal or business use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its functionality.
Custom Orders & Artwork Approval
Custom products begin production only after artwork approval.
Approval confirms that spelling, colors, sizing, and layout are correct.
Once approved, no changes or cancellations can be made.
If artwork is submitted by you, you confirm you have full rights to use it.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including product photos, descriptions, branding, and designs created by Sticker Farmer Mendo — is owned by us and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.
You retain rights to artwork you upload, but grant us permission to print, process, and store it for order fulfillment.
Portfolio Use
We may showcase completed work (photos, mockups, or videos) in our portfolio, social media, or marketing unless you request otherwise in writing before production.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.
A 3% card processing fee applies to card payments.
Cash payments are exempt from this fee (when applicable).
Orders must be paid in full before production begins.
Refunds, Returns, & Cancellations
Because our products are custom-made:
All sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered once production begins.
If an error is made by Sticker Farmer Mendo, please reach out so we can determine the proper solution.
We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted artwork or approvals.
Color, Material & Print Variations
You acknowledge that:
Colors may vary slightly between screens, proofs, and final prints.
Minor variations in size, cut, or finish are normal in custom manufacturing.
These variations do not qualify as defects
Production & Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to order volume, supply issues, or artwork problems.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Shipping, Delivery, & Lost Packages
Once your order is handed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.):
Risk of loss transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for delays, damage, or lost packages caused by the carrier.
Claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Limitations of Liability
Sticker Farmer Mendo is not liable for:
Losses caused by shipping carriers
Customer-submitted artwork errors
Delays outside our control
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the order.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
